Article 1 – Definitions
The following definitions apply in these terms and conditions:
Withdrawal Period:
The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer:
A natural person who is not acting in the course of a business and enters into a distance contract with a trader.
Day:
Calendar day.
Duration Contract:
An agreement for the continuous or periodic delivery of products or services over a set period.
Durable Data Carrier:
Any tool that allows the consumer or trader to store information in a way that allows future access and unchanged reproduction.
Right of Withdrawal:
The consumer’s right to cancel the contract within the withdrawal period.
Trader:
A natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance Contract:
A contract concluded via the webshop without physical presence of the parties.
Distance Communication Technology:
Any means that can be used to conclude a contract without physical interaction between the parties.

Article 3 – Application
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts made via the webshop Avelora.dk.
Before an agreement is concluded, the terms are made available to the customer.
The customer accepts these terms by completing a purchase.
Article 4 – Offers
All offers on the webshop are non-binding and may be changed without prior notice.
Product descriptions are prepared carefully, but images may differ from the actual product.
All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
For deliveries outside the EU, import VAT and customs duties may be charged by the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers are always clearly informed of the price, shipping costs, payment methods, delivery time, and withdrawal rights before placing an order.
Article 5 – Conclusion of Agreement
The agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation from Avelora.
For electronic orders, the customer receives the confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, insufficient payment information, or irregularities.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days from the day the product is received.
The withdrawal must be communicated in writing via email to support@avelora.dk within the withdrawal period.
Products must be returned in original packaging and condition within 30 additional days after notifying the withdrawal.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Article 7 – Refunds
Once a return is received and approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made products based on the customer’s specifications

Hygiene products or items with a broken seal

Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
Article 9 – Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
If delivery is delayed, the customer will be notified within 30 days.
Risk transfers to the customer once the product has been delivered.
Article 10 – Prices
All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT for deliveries within the EU.
Prices may change due to legal adjustments or errors, but the customer will be informed before the order is processed.
Article 11 – Payment
Payment is made through the secure payment methods shown on the webshop.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Article 12 – Complaints and Warranty
Complaints regarding defects or issues must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Warranty applies according to applicable legal requirements and covers manufacturing defects.
Article 13 – Complaint Procedure
Complaints must be submitted in writing to support@avelora.dk and will be answered within 30 days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved, the case may be referred to the Consumer Complaints Board.
Article 14 – Disputes
All agreements entered into with Avelora are governed by UK law.
