Refund policy

Welcome to Avelora! We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we’ve created a clear return and refund policy specifically tailored to our business. By completing a purchase at Avelora, you agree to the terms below.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return any item you are not satisfied with.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us first:
Email support@avelora.dk with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Return instructions:
We will send you the return address along with a return form, which must be included in the package. Since our suppliers are located outside the EU, returns are sent directly to our logistics partners.

3. Shipping:
The customer is responsible for sending the item back with a tracking number. The item remains the customer’s responsibility until we have received it.

Return Conditions

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • A receipt or order confirmation must always be included.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Please note that your bank may require an additional up to 5 business days to complete the transaction.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@avelora.dk and include photos.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

If you have received the wrong item, we will send the correct one immediately, free of charge.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order can no longer be cancelled and must be returned according to the return guidelines above.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A fixed fee of 150 DKK is charged for return shipments at Avelora.
