We deliver only within Denmark, and shipping is free.

Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1–2 business days after they are received.
Orders placed before 17:00 are processed the same day.

Processing includes order confirmation, any necessary adjustments, quality checks, and packaging.
Orders within Denmark are shipped via DAO, PostNord, or FedEx.

Transit Time

Transit time refers to the period it takes the carrier to deliver your package once it has been dispatched.

We offer free delivery to all addresses in Denmark with no minimum purchase requirement.
The typical delivery time after dispatch is 7–10 business days.

Track Your Order

You will receive a personal tracking code by email within 5 days of your purchase, allowing you to follow your order on our tracking page.

Lost Package

If a package is lost or undelivered due to logistical issues, we will send a new replacement package at no extra cost, before applying our refund and return policy.

Change of Delivery Address

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, you may update it within 24 hours after placing your order.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to update the address.

Delivery When Absent

If a package is delivered to your address or to a pickup point and is not collected, it will automatically be returned to us.

In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct 100 DKK from your refund to cover handling costs.
